Principles
- You start from being in the place and the time of your High State of the Mind (HSM) experiences like: relaxing nature moment, love, kindness, joy, peace, creativity. HSM experience is the gate in your mind of true perception of reality: world is created for happiness.
- Relax, enjoy and receive your experiences, what happened with you in the past.
- Describe your experience by using HSM* Set, described below:
HSM* Set
- Inhale – exhale
- Inhale – say while exhaling, “I am”
- Inhale – say while exhaling, “relaxing”
- Inhale – say while exhaling, “now”
Ask yourself, “How do I feel?” Try to describe to yourself how you feel. Repeat HSM Set again up to 15 minutes. Repeat it again if needed in 1 hour. Be accurate and sincere in your description. We must learn to keep attention on the pulse of the State of the Mind all the time. If it is negative, our perception of reality will be not right. And we will immediately forget, that this world is a place of happiness, and unlimited joy.
